After you enquire, we schedule a free 30-minute introductory call. If we are a good fit, we send a written quote and service agreement. Work begins once the agreement is signed and any deposit is received. Typical delivery: 3–6 weeks depending on scope.

Our services do not include legal advice, HR outsourcing, employment dispute resolution, medical or psychological services, or guaranteed business outcomes such as increased revenue or staff retention. For legal matters, please consult a qualified NZ employment lawyer.

Payment & cancellation A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The balance is due on delivery. Cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement and our Return Policy. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
